PAMPERED PAWS KENNEL ALT

Description of Work: My wife scheduled their services. All went as expected for the keys anyway. We mailed the check to the address as instructed and a month later the owner of the company shows up to my house while I am at work asks my daughter to get my wife and procedes to loose her mind because she has not received payment. This is the first time any contact had been made over this issue, no letter, no phone call, or email. She then threatens my wife because she is a self proclaimed "connected woman" until my wife finally closes the door in her face and she sits in our driveway for a half hour and finally leaves. My wife is a much more kind person and she resent the check. This company will never get another dime from me and if I can ever help it anyone else for that matter. The most unprofessional person I have ever delta with.

Description of Work: Boarded my two small dogs for weekend. Not well I brought their beds and they came back soiled. I don't believe they ever took them out of the cage.

Description of Work: First let me state I used this woman at the last minute and b/c someone recommended her to me. I do not know how her care was of my animals but if it was anything like how she treated me I feel so bad for my pets. A month after her care of my animals she shows up at my door cursing at me and yelling in front of my 12 year old daughter. I had never met her so I had no clue who she was. She preceded to tell me I hadn't paid her and I was "f**king with the wrong person" "you don't know who I am in this town, you disrespected me". My bank mailed a check, she never got it. I had documentation to prove it. Not only had she never called to say she didn't get paid she just showed up yelling and cursing about like a mad woman. Said it was my job to see if the check had cleared or not and when I saw it hadn't I should have called her. Completely unprofessional. I had my bank issue her another check but that is one woman that will not be allowed around my animals again or on my property. If she treats humans this way I can only imagine what she does to animals.

Description of Work: I run a small foundation that helps pet owners pay emergency vet bills. On 1/31/2013 I received a call from the owner of this business. She was looking for a 'rear leg wheelchair' for a paralyzed dachshund and hoped I could help. Luckily, after a few phone calls, I was able to call her back with the good news that I'd found one not far from her location. She was very grateful and thankful that I'd followed through. I look forward to speaking with her again.

Description of Work: She comes to your home. She cleans the cat box, feeds them and administers medicine. If she thinks there is problem she always wants permission to take them to a vet if there is any issue.
