Description of Work: We needed a front end alignment and a sensor light troubleshooting. My husband is a mechanic and this is the only shop in the middle/lower Keys he'll trust his vehicles with. We've used Monroe Tire for all of our vehicle repairs for too long to remember, and will continue to do so.

Description of Work: Donnie is great. Honesty is a rarity these days and it's a quality he has. Had issues with a truck my dad left me and his estimate and time frame were spot in. I won't go anywhere else. I highly recommend his shop!

Description of Work: Took BMW in for O2 sensor. Donny was honest, said he could replace them but wasn't sure that was causing the CEL He ran what tests he could, then referred me to another shop that had the equipment necessary (BMW prioritized) to analyze problem. He charged minimal fee for what he did. Have been using him for a long time. VERY fair and honest.

 + -1 moreIt was great. I called up an made an appointment. When i got there he had the parts ready, so i dropped off my van. He called me up about 2 hrs later and said it was ready to pick up. I was very satisfied with the price and the quality of service that i received from the owner.

 + -1 moreHad to tow my vehicle to his shop. He ran a diagnostic test and said it was the programming installed a pcm reflash. Then he did a front end alignment. I continued to have problems with it but i went somewhere else for service.
