Preston arrived within a few hours of my calling him. He was kind and professional. Even though it was a quick fix he took time to look over the machine and provided guidance. He even offered to help me over the phone with future repairs I would be doing personally. I will recommend him to my friends.

Preston showed up on time, with a courtesy call to let me know he was on his way. After a thorough diagnosis, he explained to me what the problem was and what he needed to do. He even gave me an estimate of what it would cost, and the ne kindly removed the food from the freezer in order to get the problem area. He impressed me with his professionalism and his honesty. I hope I don't have more trouble with this refrigerator, but if I do, 1st Choice will be my first choice.

When I phoned, Preston happened to be nearby and was able to come over very promptly. He was professional in every way and carefully diagnosed the problem as a small broken elbow in the icemaker. Since his initial test could have indicated the need for an unneeded expensive electronic part, his thoroughness saved that cost and he was able to accomplish the repair without ordering any parts. Bottom line -- an excellent job at reasonable cost.

Fridge not cooling. Called and he was here within 2 hr. He diagnosed the problem, plus had the part on his truck. It made a water mess but he contained it and cleaned it up completely. Professional. personable. experienced.

My dishwasher was not getting water to wash the dishes. I called Preston and he made an appointment to come out the next day. He surveyed the unit and determined the part that was not operating properly. It was late in the day, so we scheduled another day for him to come out with the part and do the final repair. He got the unit working, and washing dishes again. What a relief!

I was so pleased with the whole experience. They came the same day I called and were very nice to deal with. The technician that came, covered his shoes with protective booties and was the best repair tech I have had to my house. After he fixed my dishwasher, he gave me tips on use and care for my dishwasher. Not only did 1st Choice Appliance deliver quality and excellence, They did it for a fair price too. I recommend them to all my friends.
