Overall, Ray and his crew did excellent work.  He certainly knew what to do and how to do it. It was a big job.  They had to remove all the existing pavers and then prepared the surface for the travertine and then lay the travertine.  It took a few days to do the bulk of the job.  Ray was knowledgeable and easy to get along with.  Sometimes his planning and organization of his crew could have been better.  But, we were not in a hurry, so it didn't much matter.  Overall, we would recommend him.  In fact, we are considering using him again for an expansion to the lanai.
