First they started almost 2 months late. Given the pandemic i was understanding EXCEPT they never sent me updates on the start date. I had to constantly inquire about a new start date every at start date passed. Of course my roof was leaking this entire time. They did NOT tarp the roof while they made we wait after i paid my deposit and signed a contract. When i complained about this, the woman husband excused the behavior. A payment arrangement was made as we are pandemic and i had emergencies while waiting and the roof was so damaged they had to replace actual boards. NO. I did not get any discounts. Now i am 3 weeks late on a payment due to life saving surgery and my inability to even answer a phone much less email. 3 weeks mind you. After all their let downs and issues and i receive an email threatening my home with lien if i dont pay in full immediately. This business is run buy a family of husbands/wives of siblings. Rude deplorable is not accused it is ignored since they are spouses. They have ZERO moral fiber and conduct themselves like "loan sharks". (and this also violates the law.) The serious unethical way business is done by these people is NOT worth the offending way they do business. Do NOT do business with them. I have reported to the BBB and the Crystal River Chamber.
