Description of Work: Vito Scarangella is an extremely knowledgable young man. We hired him to do some roof repairs to a new home we just bought. He ended up putting in two vents, fixed vent pipes and also installed a 14 inch light tunnel.. He recommended the products, explaining why he used a certain vent, how it would save our roof from being baked inside out. While he was working on the roof I asked if he knew tiling, and we talked about what I wanted for a new backsplash and floor tile. I had in mind a special 12 by 18 floor tile and special backsplash. They were very expensive and he found alternatives that were much cheaper yet same size and, worked beautifully with my new countertops someone else put in. We paid ourselves for the tiles after he found and told us where to go. He had done the same arrangement with the roof. The price above reflects the total amount, but, we actually paid Vito for the labor only, after he had done the work. We paid the stores for the items used as they were needed. His work is beautiful!!
