Jumper's Tree Service

This review is for Jumpers' tree svc on S. Jackson in Beverly Hills,fl., operated by Robt. Barto. This is the 2nd time we've used them and will use them again. Showed up early, did a great job at a nice price, & cleaned up like they weren't even there.
Total time on the job was less than one hour.  Highly recommend.

This review is for Jumpers Tree Service in Beverly Hills/Pine Ridge, Florida.  There are two other businesses with the same name but different addresses, but this review is for the one at the address listed above.
     THIS Jumpers Tree Service has done GRADE "A" work for four other neighbors in this vicinity, and I can't recommend them enough. The owner showed up on time for a scheduled estimate...he & his crew showed up early on the day of the work... and  were done removing five medium/small trees, chipping them up, and cleaning up the site within 1 hour.   The price was far better than I'd had at my previous Pasco residence.
      You CAN"T do any better than this Jumpers Tree Service.  We will use the for two more jobs this year.

They omitted the removal of some trees and broken branches that was included in their charges; they left a greasy car mat in our driveway. They also took out our spray irrigation and didn't tell us and left it lying in a pile; in addition they backed over some plants and took out another plant without telling us and it all subsequently died. We understand they were fitting us in but they did a poor job and when we called to remind them about the omitted items, they said they'd be back and never returned and have not responded to any calls or emails we have send to them since that day. We will never use them again.

The and quot;cleaned upand quot; area is totally unsatisfactory. I'm going to have to call another company to come back out and do it right. Of course, I can't get back the limbs that were removed from our large trees, but maybe I can get a tree service that will thin and shape the trees appropriately. Over a month since they took the job and still not completed appropriately. You can't undo what they've already done which is exactly why I specified that I wanted to be home when this work was done. According to Kris, and quot;we did more than we said we wouldand quot;, YES, you cut branches/trees that were not even discussed and the area which was the reason I called in the first place still looks like a dump..
My husband talked to her today and she said and quot;I sold my company since doing your joband quot; I suggest you disregard the other positive remarks on here and realize that maybe it was a good company before BUT beware now!! I had hoped that Angie's List would help me find a reputable company. Now, at our expense, maybe it'll help other homeowners to avoid this company! I sure wish it wasn't like this and I could be putting all A's for the services. But, I'm just telling it like it happened.

Total service was a great experience from start to finish.

They were very quick to respond and had an unbeatable price. They were there within an hour of our call to give us an estimate.

I have my trees trimmed every 3 years. They answer the phone when I call and they come out when they are supposed to and do the job.

We obtained a quote from Jumpers Tree Service that was in line with other tree services. Jumpers Tree Service came on the date and time they setup, removed the tree while avoiding damage to existing plants, and cleaned up the area. Very pleased with Jumpers Tree Service.

As always, when I use this company, it goes great.

I have been using them for over 20 years. They are better than anybody else. My husband met them in his course of business. They have always been good at their service. They are quick to return our calls. They clean up when they finish and they are personable. Their price is excellent.

Arrived on time, cleaned up area after work completed. Have used company four times beginning in 2004.

Have known Jumpers for 20 years. Have used them many times. Prices are always competitive. and they are just flat reliable. They show up on time, do the job, clean up, and are gone.

They arrived on time with 3 tree trimmers , trucks and a mulcher, although they were the cheapest by far everything they promised to do was done with no problems.

The job was well done for a excellent price.
