Steve Hornbeck has tuned and maintained our piano for more than 17 years. He is always professional, thorough and prompt. I have had many conversations with Steve over the years, and I have learned that in addition to in-home residential work, Steve has worked with many of the major live music venues in the area, as well as many school districts and churches. He is well-known and highly respected in his field and is an active member of the Piano Technician's Guild. Steve is also a founder of the Braille Beats Fine Arts Program for blind children, and he assists at the Tuesday Night Coffee House, a coffee house for mentally challenged people. So in addition to being a top-notch piano technician, he is a really nice person who uses his time and talent to give back to the community. I highly recommend Steve Hornbeck for all your piano service needs.
