We contacted James F. by calling the company phone the afternoon of 08.07.2019 asking for an appointment for work in our home. He called us later in the evening and we agreed on 0830 hrs. on 08.08.2019. Well, he never showed up at 0830 hrs. We called his cell number that he called us on the previous evening and left a voicemail message at 0910 hrs. Never received a return call. At 1020 hrs. we called both numbers we had, office and cell and left voicemails for him. As of 1200 hrs. on 08.09.2019 he has yet to call us back. Father & Son Decorative Concrete is a "NO CALL and NO SHOW." DO NOT waste your time calling or dealing with this guy !!!!
Description of Work: We wanted a quote from them for work to be determined.
