I hired Chris to side my new home and he exceeded my expectations. Not only was he very knowledgeable but he is very honest and gave me a fair price. Cannot recommend him enough You won't be disappointed.

I've been in the home rental/investment business for over 25 years and have seen my share of contractors come and go. Chris's work is far superior to most in this business. He truly is a perfectionist and takes the time to do everything just right. I was very impressed with his trade knowledge and skill set. His communication skills are equally superior. He communicated unforeseen problems during the process and recommended a proper course of action while also listening to my concerns about budget and potential delays. Chris is the Mike Holmes of Citrus County. Re-sided the vinyl siding on my home. Over 4000 sq ft. His job was excellent. He treats the job like he's doing it for himself Construction area was always clean and neat I heartily recommend. Chris and his crew. The job will be done right.

Did a good job and did the job even though they were quite busy with other jobs

Chris responded within 5 minutes of my submission for a quote (and it was a Sunday!) We agreed to have the work done within a few days. When he arrived early this a.m. to do the work, he quickly advised me that I had been sold the wrong lumber for my project. He was kind enough to not charge me for his time this a.m. and has remained in touch with me regarding status of purchasing correct lumber. I will write additional review once work is finished. (System required me to assign a value for work quality, but I have no doubt his work will be high quality) He's a good guy! ***Update 9/29/2018: Chris returned today (Saturday!) to do the work and it looks great!! He also gave me some pointers on how to avoid problems in the future....very pleased with his work!
