They took their time and did it right without charging the inflated prices that seem to be the new normal in citrus county.

I actually had several services done the same day. Brackell was contracted to clean the roof, soffits, gutter exterior, house, two exterior sheds and driveway. They arrived at 8AM and the two employees were obviously dedicated to their company and to their responsibilities. My only special request was to take care not to damage the pool solar system on the roof. I occasionally went out to see their progress. They used an obviously powerful and very effective cleaner. I was amazed at the filth that came off the roof and I was very happy with the results. The driveway and walkway was done with a rotary pressure cleaning device and the cleaner noted above - again very good results. Sheds and house gutters and soffits as well were as clean as new. It took the most of the day. They took their time and did a great job -Brackell is VERY Highly recommended here.

craig brackell does his homework. gave me an estimate over the phone, knowing what sq foot of your roof. had my roof soft washes, and driveway and sidewalks cleaned. very pleased with the job. i highly recomend. i will have his team back for other projects.

Craig seemed like a very nice gentleman and seemed knowledgeable about his business. He had two new employees working with him. The job was to paint the interior of the house and remove the carpet and replace with Engineered Vinyl Planks. They removed the carpet satisfactorily but the painting job was poor. He repeatedly underestimated time and materials needed. We repeatedly had to show the two painters areas they missed and areas they over-painted. The flooring job was not satisfactory either. There are so many mistakes to discuss but I do have photos of this work and would gladly share them. The edges were not cut straight so a quarter round was put on. That work around the curved wall and columns is hideous. The workers involved were nice but not experienced or knowledgeable. The owner is very friendly but I feel took on too much for his new workers to handle on their own with little supervision. We were just moving into this house and asked for certain areas to be done first so we could stack packing boxes out of their way. That did not happen but cannot be used as an excuse. I dislike giving this poor review but we spent too much money to not warn others. The owner did say that he would work with us until we were satisfied but after showing what was wrong so many times and it not being corrected we gave up and asked him not to return. We have hired someone else to fix our major complaints.

Company was very friendly polite workers work was good. My house looks like it has a new roof and a new paint job. Price was little high but to get descent workers you need to pay.

Mr. Brackell was very efficient, polite and completed the work on time as promised. At the end he made certain that everything was done to my satisfaction.

They were 1 1/2 hrs late. Did not call to say they were delayed. Very satisfied with the work and would call them again.

Outdoor extreme put in a sprinkler, level ground, and install sod... $2900... over the winter...came out early spring... found yard rougher than before... Craig came out (owner) agreed work not good... April to May... Contractor says he is busy... last contact was told next customer.. been calling last three months, contractor not returning calls nor answering.... Had good feelings at first, they did decent work... He paid in accordance to the agreement.. he needs some help... 22' x 30' ... the root system under sod, shank up and left gaps large enough to twist an ankle... Owner came out twice, in mid April/ may... agreed to be fixed... his people would scrape sod off, and re level.... august said they were busy, but came out, assured everything would be fine, but the resolution has not occurred.... Called the alternate number, no reply.

We had a major makeover of our front and back yard. Outdoor Extreme installed sidewalk and patio pavers, sod and sprinklers, and did landscaping with decorative rock in some areas. It has been almost 2 months and we love the results and look forward every day to spending time in our yard. Craig, Brent and all of the crew were very professional, always followed up with us in a timely manner, and were very considerate of us and our small dog with all of the work going on. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the Downriver area who needs any outdoor landscaping done.

They were not the cheapest of the quotes we received but Craig the owner presented himself with confidence and we hired them for the work. They did an excellent job
