I am the maintenance manager at a self storage facility in Edgewater, Fl. After the hurricane, we had damage to 5 of our buildings. I called 3 different roofing companies for estimates and Vito's was my choice. They arrived on time to look over the project and explained everything they would be doing. Jennifer took care of the permits and all of the delivery of product. His crew arrived on time and went to work. We are a 24/7 storage facility which means we have customers coming into their units at all times. Vito's crew made sure there were no nails on the ground. This was quite a big job, and Vito's handled it very professionally from start to finish. I highly recommend this company.

Vito and Jennifer arrived on time to do an estimate. They were very knowledgeable and informative. Vito took pictures and showed us the damage. He sent an estimate via email that very afternoon. We booked with him the next morning. On "repair and replace" day, workers arrived right on time, introduced themselves and went to work. They were kind and congenial and did a great job. They cleaned up every scrap of debris and even cleared out our gutters since they were already up there! What a treat. We highly recommend Vito's Roofing for roof repair and/or replacement. Asphalt Shingle Roofing Repair
One worker fell through the ceiling while working in the attic. The worker should have been more careful. Vito did arrange for repair of the ceiling, but the cleanup of fiberglass insulation was difficult to clean. Hispanic workers could not speak English, so it was difficult to work with them about the cleanup. There were several beer cans and cardboard 12-pack package in the garbage, though no one was seen drinking on the job. Though Jennifer and Vito were friendly, the work was not started on the scheduled date.

This is a hazard when people allow their roofs to become as damaged as yours was. We took care of all repairs and clean up without hesitation and to your satisfaction. All of our workers speak English, however, the attitudes of your son and daughter-in-law from the start made them retreat from speaking to them. Had we known you did not want a certain minority working on your roof, we would not have done business with you. (You made several degrading comments about their nationality to Vito and me). They did an outstanding job! Vito's Roofing was the third company I hired to address the issues we were experiencing. They were the only company to tell me the truth about my problem and that the fix would be less that I paid the two previous companied. They did more work than they originally bid on to ensure that the job was done right! They were more concerned with having a satisfied customer (me), than making more money on this job.
