I have a five year contract with them and its $175 per year. They usually come during the summer and they send me a letter to call them to arrange to come in. When I had brought my property several years ago, the previous people had used them and had a contract with them, so I just continued with them. The serviceman that comes is not the owner and he is a friendly person. He sprays in the sun and does a thorough job. Each year he sprayed and there have been no termites, so I believe them. He is doing a good job as far I am concerned. The serviceman was very professional.
