Stellar Residential Services LLC

So far I am very satisfied.  I signed up for one quarter to try them out, but intend to renew and extend my contract.

I had to fire Stellar because they could never get the weeds and crab grass out of my lawn.  The mow and blow guys were fine for standard weekly maintenance but the problem solvers were non-existent.

I am on a yearly plan, so the cost is pro-rated.  From the initial sign-up to continued service, this company is outstanding.  They are the best in the area.

I would give Stellar an overall rating of 95%. No one is perfect, but they come close. Their customer satisfaction is the best I have ever dealt with.  Their crew is unfailing polite, friendly and helpful. If you tell them what you want done...it is done and then they will ask you if it is ok. If it is not, they will work on it until it is as you want it.  Their service manager, Justin Flutie, is wonderful to work with and Marty (the owner) truly cares about your satisfaction with the services his company provides.  They have also done some landscaping work for us and we are very pleased with how that came out. If you are looking for a service provider, give Marty a call. Remember that if for some reason you are not  happy with something, they will make it right and do it quickly.

The mowing guys were less than careful toward the end. Now we mow our own lawn.

They have done what they promised.

No bugs, lawn looks great will respond to any problems, like flare ups of ants.

They do everything and you get a reasonable discount with you sign up for all of their services.

We started with a landscaping installation by the firm, which was stalled by their subcontractor being incompetent.  After the landscaping was done we had the firm plant several young palm trees we had purchased.  That went well.  The lawn and shrub maintenance is where the problems arose.  The firm seems to have grown too much and too fast.  The supervisory personnel are professional and know their business.  Unfortunately, the persons actually performing the work do not understand the proper way to do their tasks - lawns were not mowed and edged properly and shrubs were top-trimmed so they did not grow tall as they were supposed to, even though the supervisors were told about this problem three times.  The major problems seem to be: lack of communication between the supervisors and the workers, workers not following the written orders related to how to do the work, lack of proper oversight of the workers, and an apparent high turnover of members of the work crews.

They are reliable and dependable and friendly. Specifically Justin Fluty is excellent.
