I call Showtime and picked them because of the A ratings. One person put an F rating which I thought was unfair because he did not use them. I called on Monday and Mario came out on Tuesday...after looking at the TV he said that one of the boards had gone out and with this model it would cost almost as much to order and replace the board as oppose to buying a new TV. And, after researching on line Mario said that you cant even buy the board. He even hauled off the broken TV. I have been having issues with Samsung products in general and I told him about my Samsung refrigerator and he said.."let me guess...the ice maker"? Which is exactly what was going on. Needless to say Samsung is not on my must have list.

I believe the work is guaranteed for 1 year from date of service. I would recommend the company and also use them again.

Repairman was on time, knowledgeable, and friendly. I would certainly use this company again and recommend them for service.

Service was punctual, very professional and the TV works great again. The ladies in the office who scheduled the appt are wonderful too! I highly recommend this company!

I have used Showtime before and was happy. Mario came and looked at the TV and explained the problem and gave me an estimate. Was pleased but since it is not yet broken, just showing symptoms, I am not doing anything at this point. Will probably call him when I need a new TV as he gave me quotes as well.

repair tech showed when promised and repaired the tv quickly at a fair price. very professional. i would recommend showtime tv repair again.

I looked up TV repair on angie's list and found showtime TV repair. I called and found they had the parts we thought I would need. they helped get the TV in and out of my car. They repaired the TV overnight.

They were very good. I went to pick up the TV a few days ago. When I went to install it, I noticed they left the power cord at the shop. I called and they said they would ship it to me via fed ex. I would defiantly use them again in the future..

My tv wasn't turning on. I asked around to see if anyone could refer a repair place, no luck. I got out the phone book and called 2 repair shops.The first one basically blew me off, the second, told me they could have a technician out the next day. The tech came out said it was a problem with the tvs power supply. the tv was hanging on the wall so he said we would have to take it down and call him to pick it up. My husband came home with some friends to help take the tv off the wall. I called the tech back and he came out that same day and picked the tv up. Called me the next day with an estimate and that he had the part in stock and could have it fixed in a couple of days. I gave him the ok to fix it. He called me back in a few days said it was fixd and if I was going to be home he would drop it off. He came that day with another guy, they carried the tv into my familyroom and asked me where they could rest it. I asked "could you hang it back on the wall", they looked at eachother and said they would give it a try (the tv weighs a ton ) they tried and it was a success, they rehooked up my direct tv box and reset all the settings and made sure every channel worked
