Very good, new his stuff

We had approximately 3 parts that needed to be replaced - an ice maker, two smaller parts and tubing. Our ice maker had not worked in quite a while but we called Wilfredo when our refrigerator started leaking. He was very diligent and knowledgeable in finding out what was wrong with our refrigerator. He always showed up on time and kept us informed along the way. Very pleasant and easy to work with. I would definitely use him again.

Could not clean but tried his best. Not his fault.

Not very well. He stated it was my compressor which cost 483.00 plus 200.00for labor. I got another estimate and it was repaired for 125.00 the same day. Their was nothing wrong with my compressor. He didn't even try to restart the refrigerator. Very disappointed in his dishonesty. I almost paid 500.00 to buy a new refrigerator I did not need. Will not call him again for anything else. Even the elderly will take advantage of the elderly. Such a shame. He did not attempt to repair without really trying.

Mr. Valentin was very prompt. He called ahead to let me know he was on his way. He told me what the problems were with my dryer and conducted the repairs quickly. He was very pleasant, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend his company for repairs.

They were flexible with our time constraints and came prepared to do battle with our non-working dryer. Arrived on time, were cordial and repaired dryer, for a very reasonable fee, in less than two hours. Definitely recommended. Glad I found them on Angie's List!

Mr. Valentin was wonderful. He spent a lot of time diagnosing the problem and gave me his recommendation.

Dispenser cup wasn't dropping Cascade Action Pacs. The first service call he said dispenser cup needed to be replaced. I gave him the model #. Next time he came he didn't have the correct one, so had to order it. He replaced and it still didn't work. Then he said there was a drain pipe that needed to be replaced. When he came back, he didn't do that. Said it was the control board that needed to be replaced. This went on for weeks. He would say he pulled a muscle and couldn't work. Would call me later. He didn't. I called him and he was sick and was going to call me back and he did not. I called and asked how much it would cost for the control board. It was $220. I said no we have already spent $235. He is a very nice man, but he couldn't fix what we thought was a minor problem. I would never call him to repair anything again. We just decided to order a new dishwasher.
