Their work quality has deteriorated to non-existent. We count on them to take care of the house in FL and it is OVERGROWN with weeds, bushes, etc. I just had to email them to fire them as their phone number was NOT WORKING.

I have used PTL for lawn mowing for a few years on a contract basis in The Villages. In 2017 the service just went sour. We constantly had to call customer service to get the lawn mowed. The work performed was marginal and we had some siding damage from a trimmer. In May and June of 2017 it became a struggle to even get the mowers here at all. In June they mowed 1 time and the grass needed mowed weekly. It has become difficult to reach customer service even. I don't know what happened with PTL but they ceased to be a reliable mowing service for us.

Late , unresponsive. phone answering machine always full. when you can leave a message, their is no call backs. TERRIBLE!

Used PTL for lawn services for around 5 years. I always paid them for all of my lawn services a year in advance as I only live in Florida for 5 months for the winter season. This past year something happened and they just stopped providing services on a regular basis. When I returned to my Florida home this January 2017 the bottle brush and another large shrub had some kind of moss killing them. Lawn had many weeds. I live in a culdesac of 7 houses and I am embarrassed to have the worst looking lawn in the neighborhood. I had paid for lawn and shrub fertilization and insect control 6 treatments a year. Pest control around the house 4 times a year and monthly weeding 12 times a year. In the 4 months I have been here so far they came once for the lawn and once for the shrubs after I called to complain the lawn and shrubs were looking terrible. They did come once on their own for the home insect treatment. I just signed up today a new company to take over all of PTL work as my annual agreement expires the end of April. I called PTL today, Wednesday April 26 to cancel my services but like a number of times before got a message saying they could not answer the phone and leave a message or call again during normal business hours M-F. If Wednesday at 2:00 PM is not normal business hours to call what is. Very sad how a good company I used for 5 years has ended up providing such bad service in the last 6 months or so.

Overall they have done an excellent job over the last almost 9 years.
