The provider was never on time, kept telling my mother it would cost more money. They have not completed the services we have paid for and did the job of an amateur. I would tell people to not use this company. They have lousy customer service skills and charge way too much money for the work promised and do not do the work that is promised. An extremely disappointing and aggravating experience all around. They took advantage of the fact that my mother is 80 years old and tried to get all of her money and as I said, still have not performed the services promised. I am considering taking this matter to small claims court.
