PRODUCTION CONCRETE FINISHERS

In January of 2013 Production Concrete, owned by Thad Szudlarek, poured a concrete parking pad at our residence. After two years the concrete showed signs of perimeter erosion. In another six months the erosion worsened and is now a pothole, 12"Lx3"Wx1/2"D. Three separate attempts to contact the Production Concrete owner, Thad Szudlarek, to resolve the erosion issue were unsuccessful as he ignored requests to come out and discuss the situation. He did, however, contact a concrete expert who came out in early August of 2015 to review the situation. His assessment is the erosion results from poor workmanship where the concrete was "overworked" which caused the aggregate to sink and water to rise. This water layer is what is eroding and significantly reducing the life expectancy of the concrete pad. Since the issue is a result of poor workmanship Production Concrete, owned by That Szkudlarek, should fix the problem. To date Thad Zskudlarek continues to ignore the situation.
