The removal of old and installation of new went good. They back filled after being told there were numerous boulders taken out. Which means more fill dirt may be needed. After almost a month after the work was promised to be complete they finally came back with a load of fill dirt 12/31 and didn't even put it where the yard was low, as I asked them. AFTER THEIR WORK by the way. There are still large rocks scattered throughout the yard that they said I would have to remove myself or hire someone else to do it. The yard looks a mess and I will probably have to go in with a wheel barrow and move dirt myself and level out as best I can. Also will have to haul off the rocks left behind. I will never recommend this company to anyone in the future, and I work alot with new home buyers and sellers as well. I really liked this company when I was able to work with the senior man of the company 5 years ago. Well not anymore!

I called early Saturday morning, after my toiles backed up during the night... I left a message and got a call back within the hour... Polite and informative conversation... Plus he gave me the price for a pump out during regular business hours and an "emergency option" that carried an extra charge... Needless to say I chose to pay the extra $100 to get Saturday service... He then explained that I would get a call back withing 30 minutes from his on call that week-end driver ... Jake called me within 15 minutes and said he was on his way to the truck and that he would be here at my house in an hour.... He arrive five minutes early.... and went about his business professionally and efficiently, in the rain that started after he arrived.... Jake also inspected the tank, told me what probably went wrong (filter clogged), sucked my house lines out with toilet flushes and raked the lawn flat when done.. Listing says closed Saturday and Sunday but they answered my message Saturday morning... and came out for an extra charge due to non business hours work... Would hire them again should the need arise...

Awesomely impressed! Arrived on time, very congenial. I was skeptical not having a septic system before, not knowing what to expect. Jamie and Tim got right to work trying to locate the tank,explained what they were doing and why. Was relieved when we were told we have been maintaining it well with the Riddex,and suggested we have the drain field looked at. Jeremy came to inspect the drain field and told us everything was fine at this time and explained what to look for. Needless to say we were extremely pleased with their honesty and integrity. We highly recommend Marion Pumper , can’t say enough good things about them!!!

I had a crack and roots in my tank. Was told it would need to be replaced. The two young men that came out were very nice and answered all my questions. Come to find out I did not need to replace my tank, I did need a new leach bed though. I would hire them again.

They are very prompt and professional. They take the time to explain everything and answer any questions you might have. They are the most reasonably priced in my area compared to the other few companies that provide these services. I can't say enough how nice the people are and highly recommend them. I will never use another company!

I contacted this service because I have used them in the past and my neighbor just used them.  I was not happy with the service they provided back in 2011. That totally changed on this visit.  I contacted the company on 06/01/16 and spoke to Karen.  She was very professional and informed me that a truck would be at my house by noon the same day.  Within a half an hour I was contacted by MANNY.  He was on his way.  As we could not run any water, flush toilets, etc.  This was appreciated.  Manny was very professional and worked very hard to get the job done.  He took the time to explain to me how the system worked and what he was doing to correct the problem, beyond just emptying the tank.  The price quoted was the exact price paid.  $180.00.  I believe the price is very competitive. It is a good price.  Again I cannot express how professional and courteous Manny was.  He serves your company very well.
