"It's the customers responsibility to do a walk through to ensure move was completed to their satisfaction, this is common knowledge. Customer called us 30 minutes after service with this complaint and we offered to go back to complete the job and he hesitated and then told us they had it..we've done work for these people on at least 3 other occasions, of course with no positive feedback just this negative review stemming from their irresponsibility. The mover never mentioned anything about how our company pays, this is to divert responsibility..why would you tip so generously for an incomplete job?? We have offered a partial refund to make the customer feel whole again, but in the future verify the job is complete."
