I was very pleased with the job Glacier Water did at both my rental property and my primary residence. They were prompt in arriving during the window of time they provided, their representative was very courteous and professional, and most importantly, my water issues have been solved for good. They continue to perform monthly maintenance on the chlorination system at a very reasonable cost, and have remained in contact with me to be sure I am satisfied with the results of their work. It has truly been a pleasure working with them.

The salesman was excellent & got me to sign up on the spot, though I swore to myself that I wouldn't. He made all kinds of promises, some of which have proven to be true, and many haven't. I was given a 5 yr. warranty instead of the lifetime & it took 3 requests to get that corrected; 6 months, same as cash" was incorrect & took 3 calls to correct. I was told the only cost was salt, but was billed for $35 chlorine on the first bill (they credited that, but I'm waiting to see what they do on the second bill). Ongoing dispute regarding licensing with Mountain Peak Water is uncomfortable; the companies bad mouth each other. The water tastes great & soft water is nice, but recently my husband cut a line to install a spigot & we discovered the inside of our PVC pipe coated with mud and the salesman said his wonderful system would clean all of that out. So I don't know. I'm afraid the whole water business is an expensive scam.
