CENTURY 21

They tried to let me let her live in the house until her sister moved all her stuff and I told them with all the problems caused by protecting the seller and not protecting the contract, when the deal was signed and closed I was moving in and anything still in the house was mine.  If, I would have thought about it, I would not have purchased the home and I would have let her stay.  They at first used me as an excuse to get the daughter out of the house because it was going to sell.  When the owner got the daughter out of the house they, to include the relator tried to get me to back out of the deal.  When you buy a home, make sure they are also not the seller.

It went bad.  The realtor was friends with the seller and then chose a title company that waas friends with him and they said that they tried to call me to get a survey done and they never tried to call and did the survey anyway.  I could have got the survey for freee, but had to pay because the title company lied about ccalling me.  I pulled my phone recards for the day they was to have called me and no number of that title company was on my phone records and

I ended up getting charged for a survey because they said they tried to call and tell me that I need a survey and I knew I needed a survery but the title company and the relator took it up on themself to get the survey done without checking with me. I would never go though Century 21 ever again no matter what Century 21 it is and I would never use the title company they sued either because of how nasty they talked to me and my bank.  My bank and I have all the letters (emails they sent and how nasty they have been.  If I could and can.  I will sue both the company and the title company.  The survey company is:Stewaart title Company on 1727 SE Ft King Street in Ocala.
