My cat died suddenly at home. On New Year's Eve morning I called the Central Florida Pet Crematory & spoke with a woman who agreed to perform the cremation that morning and said that she would meet me at the facility at a set time. She arrived on time and was most empathetic and caring. The administratve details were accomplished promptly and I paid in advance. I don't recall the exact price, but it was much less than what I have paid through the services offered by my veterinarian. She told when the ashes would be ready that same day and when I returned they were given to me in a nice wooden box in a velvet envelope. I could not have asked for a more compassionate experience, especially during a holiday period.

Dr Fratangelo came to our house on Christmas Day to euthanize our Collie. This kept us from having to get her up, put her in the car, and then getting her into an office. This procedure was so much easier on our pet and Dr. Rebecca and Robin, the vet tech, could not have been more compassionate. Once the procedure was completed they took her over to CFPCC so we did not have to.

When our beloved dog died suddenly, late in the afternoon, I started calling cremation services in neighboring towns. I was emotionally distraught and the people I spoke to didn't make the situation any easier. They all left me with a feeling the they weren't on the up and up. However, one of the people directed me to Central Florida Pet Cremation since it was much closer to my home. Until then, I wasn't aware of this company. The lady I spoke to was so kind and immediately made me feel confident that my wishes would be met. Anyone who has ever had a pet has come to the moment when the decision must be made for their remains. It's such a difficult time and I've been there many times before. My husband brought our dog to the facility the next morning and was able to carry her there and wait to bring home her ashes. We were so grateful for the reassurance and understanding that we received. They are located in a beautiful setting in the country, adjacent to the Veterinary office. You can wait (if you choose) at an outdoor table, overlooking a peaceful pasture. Perfect, when emotions can't be contained. I'm so grateful to Central Florida Pet Cremation for being there for us and for our beautiful girl. They made it possible for us to keep our promise to our dog, that we would never leave her.
