They were prompt when they set up my internet service. The coverage is good. They need to come down on their price a little bit. What they're charging is a little bit too much. They should come down to a better price for internet service.

The last time the cable tech. came to my residence he didn't come inside. He worked on the outside box and I didn't even know he was there.

Basic internet-OK very expensive.

Tech arrived on time.  Very processional

Professional and knowledgeable staff both customer support and field techs.

The tech was on time and very knowlagable of what was going on. After performing a few tests inside the house he located the problem at the street. He spent the time to explain what the issue was and repaired it. I has be had no problems since.

They are very good!  They come when they promise, do their job, and are always professional.  411 gets you directly through to their service which is wonderful!  You definitely get what you pay for.  They also have 20,000 hot-spots throughout the nation that I can access with their service.

Very well, installer was on time and very professional.  I know I was a cable tech from the late 60's to the early 80's.
I just moved from ocala fl to belleview fl. In ocala I had cox cable 18mbs download speed for $37.00per month.
With brighthouse I have 10mbs download speed for $57.00 per month.  I am paying more and getting less.
I will be looking for another service provider.

My DVR recorded pictures was erratic and not working properly. Called and spoke to a technician who stated that BH was aware of the problem and was working on it. He was very considerate and gave me a reimbursement for my problems. I guess they are still working on it as it is not fixed as yet. Will wait until the end of the month and call back if not fixed.

very positive experience overall. it did not take long to install my services.

The prices seem to go up and I do not watch most of the channels I get. I think the price is too much. I really do not have any problems with them. They were on time when they came out.
