Lee came out initially to give us a quote on moving a 50 foot exterior duct to the inside of the house. He didn't just talk about the job at hand but chatted with us about the company and gave us a sense of the integrity and experience of himself and Belleview Heating and Air in general. Given the age of the old heat pump (1993) and the expense of the new ductwork we also asked about the mini-split option which we decided was going to make more sense and be a better looking, smaller footprint solution with individual room controls. Lee came out a second time when we were further along in the renovation. Both times he took the time to explain everything carefully, and was very detail oriented. During the install, the foreman came and discussed in detail all of the options of where every refrigerant line could run, where every evaporator unit would be mounted, etc. so that we were on the same page and everything would go smoothly (which it did). The 2-man team doing the install were courteous and efficient and cleaned up each day (2 day job). We're very happy with our new heat and AC. No more loud fan noises, no more bulky ductwork, smaller compressor outside. Would definitely recommend Belleview Heating and Air. We now have 4 Mitsubishi room units: 18,000 BTU in living room and 6,000 BTU in each of the 3 bedrooms. SEER 19.2 HSPF 11.0

Bid was detailed and thorough of all services to be performed. Installers were professional, friendly, performed quality work, and cleaned up at end of installation.

Technician (Curtis) was excellent. Quickly found that the fan motor was bad. Part not on truck. Left, returned with part an hour later. Per Dawn & Sherry, he had to bill for the travel time to pick up the part. Dawn was clearing interested in the numbers and could care less about the customers.

It went great.  after the service was done I started to get mold and soft wood where the AC intake.  I made another phone call and advise the company  of the problem that the wood was getting wet.  He came back out to the house and assisted with explaining that the table the intake system was on is sweating and it will sweat because of the location.  He gave me some suggestions to fix it but told him, I was unable to pay for anymore service.  He assisted me in silver taping up the cracks in the unit and took measurements of my unit and told me to come by the office and pick up the installation to rap around the intake to keeping it from sweating.  I did not have to pay for any more service.  But he advised if I needed anything else to call.

Contacted Belleview Heating and Air looking for a quote on the installation of a mini-split heat pump.  The rep who showed up to provide a proposal was Lee Kitzmiller.  Lee spent at least two hours with us providing information about a possible system and examining the alternative solutions to a Florida room addition to our home.  The additional square footage would have overtaxed our existing heat pump and extending ducting from that system would not have been satisfactory.  We had previously contacted another contractor in the area about a comparable system.  He spent about 30 minutes with us.  While his bid for the job was a couple of hundred dollars less we felt more confident that Belleview Heat would do a better job.
The company's installers arrived on time, took their time to do a professional installation, and cleaned up after themselves.  
So far we are very satisfied with the system and the quality of the install.
