went fine. showed up late afternoon on scheduled day and came back two days later to finish uannounced

They did not complete the install as they never secured the gutter to the house with screws/nails. They said they would be back to complete the job. They have never returned to complete the job. We have tried calling them 4 times and have never heard from them again. BEWARE of this contractor.

The installers showed up on time, were very courteous and professional, completed the work quickly, with no added costs. We would highly recommend them.

Representative was professional, arrived early, gave us an immediate estimate. To date, we are still getting other estimates.

Everything went well. There was a miscommunication on my part. The leaf guards were in the estimate and I thought I said I wanted those but at the time of the phone call and scheduling it was not mentioned. They installed the gutters quickly and ordered the leaf guards and installed them on 10/31/2013. The also cleaned out the gutters before putting the leaf guards on.
The only thing that seemed odd to me was they took down our old gutters and hauled them away but debris was left and not cleaned up. Maybe I was expecting too much.

It when fine until I was told if I had any problems to contact them and they would come bake and fix the issue. I have leaks in the seams of the gutters and I have called them 3 times to report the problems and they will not return my phone calls. The last call I made to them was letting them know that I am tired of contacting them letting them know that I have problems with some leaks and that they need to come back out and fix the issues or I will take other steps to have them loose their license from ever working in Marion County and or any other county if I can get it done. they made a promise and my problem are just some simple leaks in the seams to be fixed. something that I can fix and they will not even respond. I looked them up under the better business bureau and they have an "F" rating. They are not part of the BBB but the complaints filed against them is that they will not return phone calls after they do the repairs. I want them to loose their license to work on home ever again. They will come and do the work but they will not come back and fix their problems. They do not have a paper that shows any type of warranty and they will not even respond to phone calls.
They finally responded to my calls and I will change the rating when they correct th issues. they returned to the home and fixed the issues as promised when they finally returned my phone calls. Rating changed.
