Affordable Closets by Jeff LLC

It went terrific. We used Jeff four years ago when we moved and were very happy with his services, so we did not hesitate to call him again when we downsized to another house with limited storage. Jeff accommodated our schedule during the entire process. He came quickly after our initial call and gave us an estimate to do three closets. We had to wait until the floor tile had been laid until he could return to do the installation. We had to move this date several times because of delays in the floor installation. We then decided to change the function of two rooms from an office to a guest bedroom and then a guest bedroom to an office. This affected the layout of the closet in each of those rooms. I called Jeff immediately after the decision to make the change. Over the phone he calculated how much the change would affect the amount of the material he would use. Jeff stayed flexible during the entire process. Jeff and his assistant completed the installation in one morning. Afterward they cleaned the closet areas, so you couldn't tell that they had been there. In fact, at that point in the house renovation, the closets were the only clean areas in the house! I think the fact that we used Jeff twice in four years is proof that he provides great service at a great price. I hope we don't move again for a number of years, but I would call Jeff again if we do.

Jeff was on time and the whole process took 3 hours for 2 (his/hers) closets. I am extremely happy on how everything turned out and now I can see all my clothes, shoes, ties, etc. Everything is nice and neat!

Jeff showed up when he said he would on both the quote and the installation. He was very helpful to me to suggest his ideas for the different closets. Everything went smoothly, only took about a couple of hours as he went straight to work and didn't stop until he was finished. He is very professional and a very nice person and I love the new organized closets. The price was very reasonable and we would definitely recommend him to anyone that wants more organization!!!

Our master bedroom closet was out of control and a do-it-yourself attempt at maximizing the space 5 years ago was not working. I called Jeff and he came the next day to look at what we had and provide an estimate. He was very personable, on-time, thorough and totally non-pressure. We talked about what my goals for the space were and we talked about what would work and not work in the space from my perspective. I wanted drawers in one area and he indicated that there was a new product available that had just come out. He explained that it was more expensive but would work if I wanted to add that functionality to the design. He gave me an installation date the following week. To say that I am happy with my new closet is a huge understatement. I just love it. The configuration that he recommended was perfect and I absolutely love the drawers! All of my clothes are now in my closet and it makes getting dressed in the morning a little less hectic. He took out the old shelving and repurposed it for a shoe rack, filled in the holes from the old shelves and the walls look like new. His assistant was very personable and they were done in what I thought was a very short time. The price was. from our perspective, great and we got 110% for out money. When they left, my closet was spotless and seemed so much larger. I can't say enough good things about this great experience

Great.....Jeff installed shelving in our closets, TV area and garage, and even fixed an existing problem I had on a self installation that wasn't done correctly.

Jeff was punctual, professional, and friendly at both quote and installation appointments. He had good suggestions on how to maximize our space.

We just recently moved into a home that did not have the closet space that we were used to. We had most of our clothes and linens sitting in baskets or crammed anywhere we could find.
We interviewed several vendors, but most of them wanted to sell us very high end closet systems. Jeff deals totally in ClosetMaid products. They are very heavy duty plastic coated shelves which is exactly what we wanted. Jeff traveled quite a distance to evaluate our situation and give us a quote. He was punctual, and made suggestions that none of the other vendors did. He even suggested that we could use a pull out waste can in the kitchen. (I love it!)
Jeff wrote a very detailed estimate, so we knew exactly what we were getting. He also brought samples to show us the quality of ClosetMaid products.
Jeff started work punctually and ended work exactly when he said he would. Since we had him move shelves around in addition to installing shelves, there were numerous holes left. Jeff caulked these, so we could paint them if we wished. He also vacuumed, so you couldn't even tell he was there.
We were thrilled with the results! We now have rods installed at the right height, so nothing drags on the floor. We have shelves for sweaters, angled shelves for shoes (I may have to buy more), and plenty of storage for everything that was in baskets. We may just have to upgrade our hangers to fit in with our new, lovely Affordable Closets by Jeff.

Jeff Billingsly is the best. He rates excellent on all criteria, such as quality of workmanship and materials, punctuality,efficiency, courtesy, promptness, alacrity, and personality. You just can't do any better in the Ocala metro area than Jeff.
