PRUDENTIAL TROPICAL REALTY

Peggy Page is a realtor with this company and is awful!  Peggy claims to have over 25 years in the field and yet she did not represent the buyer (thats me) she advocated on every issue raised for the seller.  Specifically, AFTER a contract to purchase the house was signed by all parties, the seller removed expensive landscaping, removed an air conditioning unit, and worst of all the seller had advertised that the property came with its own "private island".  For weeks I asked for a survey to confirm that the island was in fact ours.  At the survey we learned that it was not - and actually belonged to a neighbor.  Additionally, an air conditioner that was non operational was suppose to be replaced and was only patched and immediately stopped working once we took possession of the property at closing.

Peggy is the worse realtor ever!

DO NOT BE TRICKED BY HER SISTER PAT PAGE WHO GENERALLY SHOWS YOU THE HOUSE THEN PEGGY COMES IN TO CLOSE THE DEAL
