 + -1 moreI woke up to an 83-degree house at 4:15 this morning and called the company who last serviced our system, before remembering seeing a recommendation for Glades Energy on the NextDoor app, and so I called them about 5:30 and left a message. Rus called me RIGHT BACK (the sun wasn't even up and he called me back!!). He was at the house by 8:45, checked inside and outside, found the culprit (bad capacitor and faulty wiring) - replaced it and cleaned the lines (which I thought I'd done an ok job of keeping clean, but oh no - I watched so much sludge come out I didn't even know was there - if ONLY I could upload the video of it coming out!) - for $215 and all by 9:30 which means I'm not broke (woohoo!) and am only a smidge late for work instead of potentially missing half or the whole day (which is what my now-former AC company told me would be the wait IF they could get to me at all today). Seriously - I am so grateful! I have to give major props to Rus and Glades Energy after this service call! :D
