Pool Trust Services has been cleaning my pool for years. They do an excellent job! Extremely reliable- shockingly, they come even on holidays! I asked why and was told they don’t want to get behind in their work. Incredible! My pool always is sparkling and clean. I wouldn’t use any other company.

Quick Response time & Friendly Service

I have used Carlos? services for about 1.5 years. He is friendly, pretty responsive, and fair in price. But I discontinued my service today. I have observed numerous weeks where water chemistry is not checked, the pool is never brushed unless I complain, and when problems have arisen such as scale he is defensive and blames it on the ?botanicals? in my waterfall/planter. I?m tired of excuses. I spent a couple of hours brushing and vacuuming my pool yesterday, and then took a water sample to be tested and discovered high PH, high phosphates, and high acid. He?s a nice guy, but honestly I think he?s lazy. I?m not the type to look for problems or a reason to complain but I?ve given him numerous chances and the lack of a good result is enough for me. I?m looking elsewhere for service.

I just met Carlos, but was very impressed with his promptness preceded by a phone call. He was very knowledgeable and communicated in clear and concise English which is a MUST since I am totally BLIND and rely on clear verbal instructions and details. He said he will text me weekly with the details of what is completed each week. I interviewed several pool service companies before deciding to go with Pool Trust. Within hours, Carlos came out and made certain that my pool was totally serviced going way beyond in all areas. He is even coming back in a few days to check that all issues are resolved. That is huge to a blind man who should never be in an unhealthy pool. Thank you Carlos. I look forward to our continued relationship. We re thankful we stumbled across the father and son team at Pool Trust Services. We wanted to get our pool looking nice and were told that we needed to drain and acid wash the pool because of staining caused by metals in our water. We were quoted a price of over $600! We decided to get another quote on acid washing and Carlos and his son, Carlos Jr. came out immediately. We were expecting a quote on acid washing, but while I was talking to Carlos Jr., Carlos Sr. was busy working on the stains. In just a short time, Carlos Sr. had the stains out and they continued working on my pool until it looked gorgeous. They didn t even charge me for this service call! Needless to say, we hired them on the spot to be our permanent pool maintenance company. It is always refreshing to find honest and caring individuals that want to do things right. Very Professional, Highly recommend

Carlos and Carlos Jr. are great people. They responded to my HA request immediately, and visited my home almost every day for a week at no charge to get my pool in great shape.

Carlos and Carlos were both wonderful I can highly recommend them they did extra work having nothing to do with my pool dress on my Lanai and in storage units and did not charge me they are very efficient kind people I would hire them in a heartbeat if I were you
