Frankly, i have never experienced such a detailed cleaning service of my house before. The proactive approach, respect and expeditious service goes far beyond my expectations. Did not deliver on what I needed most and had bad attitude at the end. I needed an apartment cleaned to eliminate cigarette smell from the previous tenant that was a smoker, one room in particular. I told them over the phone that I needed the walls cleaned and they said they could do it. They came and mopped the floors, cleaned the bathroom, and the fridge decent enough. They supposedly cleaned the kitchen cabinets but there is still grime on the cabinet doors, and tops of the cabinets were not touched. Most importantly they just barely wiped the walls with a damp cloth which is not enough to eliminate the cigarette smell. there were still cobwebs in many corners of the walls that they supposedly cleaned, so it was obvious they barely touched the walls. they were not able to eliminate the cigarette smell. they should have been honest upfront about what they could or couldn’t do. After they finished I did a walkthrough and pointed out all the cobwebs that were missed and that the smell was still present. The woman gave me a bad attitude about the things I pointed out that were missed saying basically “hurry up and tell us what else you want us to do” cause they needed to leave to the next job. She also said that only painting will get rid of the cigarette smell. She should have said that over the phone and I would have skipped the cleaning. I was so upset I paid them $150 just to get them off my property. If you just need a basic wipe down with a damp cloth they might be good enough. But I was not satisfied with them misrepresenting what they could do, and the bad attitude was unprofessional. I don’t recommend these cleaners.

Miami Shine Bright Cleaning Service was great! They are very professional and thorough with their cleaning. The price is extremely reasonably and worth it. We will absolutely be using them for time to come.
