Contractor arrived on time with his helper and completed all work. Left everything in good order when finished. Offered to stop by and hook up cookstove at no additional cost if delivery people had trouble. Checked the following to see if all was well. Will use this contractor in the future.

Worked with us to develop a reasonable, cost effective addition to our Florida home. Was willing to make minor changes after the fact at no additional charge. Helpful, friendly, trustworthy...............no hidden fees or hassles.
There were several different crews (laying slab, installing metal for screen and roof) and Richard Mann was on the site at all times for supervision and hands on.
We discovered some small leaks in the metal roof seams during hard rains, and these were fixed by Richard at no additional charge, and with his apologies, though there was no really way of knowing before the rains that there would be any issues.
We are very happy with our additional screen room, and with the service we received.
