I found Jp turner plumbing through a neighbor and I had an on going plumbing issue other plumbers couldn’t figure out! Justin showed up , Gave me multiple option to fix the issue and got it done same day, 100% will use this company again!

Justin had to deal with a LOT of stuff thrown at him throughout this big project from concrete issues and dumb stuff the previous home owners did, but I don’t think anyone could have handled it better. Very happy with how everything was handled as Justin is very fair and holds himself to a higher standard than the big plumbing companies. Would definitely recommend him for any plumbing issues. Very friendly, accommodating, and communicative throughout the project and makes sure you are happy with every step. He also caught issues that we didn’t even know existed before they could create detrimental effects which was really awesome.

Justin did a great job in his presentation. Did not try to upsell and was very good at explaining how the system works and what we really needed based on our wants. He was our third quote and was the most honest. Beware of the big names and their water scare tactics. He installed our system in a half day and kept us updated on his progress while doing the job. Strongly recommend.

Man this guy was great. He was punctual and very articulate. He triple checked that the clog was gone before he left and guaranteed that he would come back out if there was a problem in the next 30 days! And the price was wayyyy better than what I expected! Trust me he will not disappoint
