Cancelled service due to the fact that a sales person billed my credit card 225.00 without my consent for termite coverage. When I called the office and spoke to the manager Yoshuea she said she would find out what happened and call me back.....never heard back and when I called to speak with her multiple times I was told she was busy and would call me back.Of course I never did. That was 4 days ago...calling to cancel as I text this.. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!

When we first bought the house there was some infestation that needed to be taken care of. They came out three times with no additional charge after their first visit until they took care of it. They are honest and easy to work with. They tell me if they can or cannot do something.
