"Please know that since our company was established in 2010, we've managed to not only grow every year but maintain an EXCELLENT reputation with both residential and commercial clients (see our other reviews). In saying that, your comments here are unwarranted so please allow me to state the following: *during your initial consultation with our estimator you expressed your main goal was to install plants (with plans to put your home on the market later in the month) and to stay under $1000 - we accommodated your request *during correspondence with Chase who designed your plan; he clearly advised in writing that the design layout (3D imaging picture) shows the plant material fuller than what will be installed since the image shows mature plant material (installing fuller/mature plant material would put you over your $1000 budget and blue daze wasn't available in the larger sizes) -- you approved the work and wanted it done quickly - we accommodated your request *when our crew and supervisor arrived to your house, you were outside finishing the digging for the irrigation as you made it known you were to handle the relocation of the irrigation system yourself - you discussed with the crew's supervisor John that the irrigation was already moved by you prior to us getting started ***If an irrigation pipe happens to get ruptured during a landscape installation, our policy is to report the damage to the homeowner and make the repair at no additional cost. No damage was reported by the crew or site supervisor; however, we would have gladly reviewed the damage and offered to make repairs if given the opportunity and evidence showed damage was caused by our crew. *when all the plants were installed and the crew was performing their clean up of the area, you walked outside and spoke to John (supervisor) again and asked about freeze protection of the blue daze and irrigation pointers for when you put the irrigation pipes back yourself - never mentioned any dissatisfaction with the plant installation *the following day we sent you the invoice and you immediately refused to pay unless we installed bigger plants - we kindly and in writing reminded you that the blue daze will take 4-6 weeks to grow fuller which now seemed unacceptable to you - we offered to replace the plants with a different plant that's more mature for an additional $250 since the blue daze doesn't come in bigger sizes - you refused and demanded we do it for free. *you and Chase had a phone discussion to attempt to resolve and he was greeted with intense hostility and threats - phone call proved to be unsuccessful *our office advised you of our debt collection process if payment was not made *your wife called the office, paid the bill and apologized on your behalf We have reviewed and discussed the sequence of events surrounding your project and do not feel that we could have done anything differently (and within reason) to make you happy.
