Last year he replaced our central air unit and was good. Now he is a disaster. I have called since Friday. Friday morning I called and was told he would be at our house in the morning. He never showed up or called. Saturday and Sunday I left messages...no return call. Monday morning I called and no return call. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNRELIABLE. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND/OR MONEY. Apparently once you buy a new unit from him, he has no desire to provide any other services.

He is fantastic, honesty and he knowledgable. He tells you exactly what is wrong and will work with you to show you what is wrong and why. He has fair pricing that's competitive. When you call him and leave a message he calls you back as soon as he can.
