Carl Wells is a very personable and highly qualified contractor. He never over powered us or pressured us in anyway. In fact he was more than willing to work with us in anyway he could. Carl was a wonderful man to work with and fulfilled all our request. His workmen were extremely efficient and did a wonderful job. We had told Carl that we would be gone the whole month of December and he could start when we came back in January. He said he could do it while we were gone except for the ceiling fan because his electrician would have to get into the house. He said he wouldn't take a penny until we were totally happy with the job done. When we arrived home we were blown away by what a wonderful job they had done. It was much more than we expected and such a beautiful job We called to say we were home and the electricians showed up and the workman to finish the ceiling the same day we called. Our neighbor kept tabs on the work and would call us to tell us what a wonderful job they were doing. We chose Carl because he had built a lanai on our next door neighbor last summer and we admired his work. We couldn't be happier that we chose him over the other 2 contractors we had gotten estimates from, (which were comparable to Carl's) We would definitely recommend his company to anyone.
