The job was started in December and still isn't finished. He would show up and work for maybe an hour and then disappear. The storage was completely finished and was abandoned for a more profitable job. The dogs were not cared for because 5 of my neighbors told me about them being outside barking the entire time I was gone. When I got home one of the water bowls was dry and other indicators that no one had been here on a regular basis. He always had a sad story why he needed paid up front. After the dog incident, he claimed that his "kindness" only went so far. He would only show up once a month to do the lawn and none of the weeding and treatments he promised ever happened. I specifically requested he mow my yard at one point and was told that he "didn't think it needed it". I measured it and took a picture when my grass was 13 inches high. The last month I received no service at all, yet once again, he was paid upfront.
