This agent was representing a seller. We asked for a document from the seller during our negotiation but she never responded back after 10 days. Very unprofessional.

Rita alleviated much of the stress involved in trying to make decisions regarding purchase of properties by providing spread sheets identifyihg the pros/cons for each property.  In the limited time I had to make my evaluations, Rita faciliated the process significantly, allowing me to focus on two for future purchase.  Rita had offer sheets ready for processing before the end of the day.  She saved me imeasurable amounts of time by streamlining the property purchase process.
