We are definitely pleased with the work Mix Painting did for us. They were prompt, efficient and thorough; it took them 2 1/2 days to prep & paint our one story house. We had gotten four estimates for our house, they weren't the cheapest nor were they the most expensive , but we felt that their above standard warranty, paint quality and experience deserved the bid. We are glad we chose them, no hassles; would absolutely use them again!

Mix Painting just completed the exterior of our home and we couldn't be happier. In fact, this is the second time we hired them! DENIS was the lead painter this time and he was great to work with. He and 2 other painters did all the work, including painting the perimeter of our backyard wall and refinishing our gate. Everything looks fantastic! They just completed work on our house exterior and the wall that encircles the property. They were amazingly professional and focused. The quote and contract were handled on-line and were professional and thorough and easy to understand. They fully answered all questions we had and gave us both oral and written (on-line) status reports for each of the three days they were on-site. Work was done to high quality standards and team on-site was thorough and hard-working. We highly recommend them with no qualification.

I cannot appropriately express the positive experience we have had with Mix Painting. Like many, we got the letter from our HOA that started our search for a house painter. We set out to get 3 quotes and Mix Painting was hands down the most professional from get go. They were timely in their responses and always arrived when they said they would for all appointments (quotes, color consult and actual painting). Their quoting system was comprehensive and educational. I had no idea what was involved with house painting and their breakdown of what would happen, complete with videos, not only gave us insight as to what should happen to insure a quality job was done, but it allowed us to see what was missing from other quotes. Todd, the gentlemen who came to give the quote was super friendly and made sure he spoke to both me and my husband to include all the details of what would happen with our home. I especially appreciated this because I've had other contractors speak over me or directly to my husband which makes me feel like my opinion wasn't important to them. I sincerely appreciated the respect shown to us by Todd. We opted to do the color consultation add on with Denis. This allowed us to get her expert opinion on colors and an education on color fading, which again, I hadn't considered and knew nothing about. Her expertise ended up guiding me to colors that I love even more on our house! The fact she also dealt with our disorganized HOA was worth the price of this feature alone. In addition to being a color guru, she's patient, organized and ON TOP of her submissions. Highly recommend her services! As for the painting - WOW! The crew who came to our house consisted of Rafael, Jesus, and Fernando. These gentlemen were so nice and the work is OUTSTANDING. They took such pride in painting our house and I absolutely loved listening to them sing and laugh as they worked. They injected our house with a lot of happiness and I appreciated their positive energy. They really seem to enjoy what they do and it shows in the quality of their work. I sincerely felt they were excited to show us our finished home, but not until they meticulously went around doing touch ups. I was so impressed with the way they inspected every inch of the house and went in for the most minor of details. When they were done, they had the biggest smiles on their faces, and it was again just a joy to see. Our neighbors even came out to see the finished house and exclaimed "Now you have the best house on the block!" I wholeheartedly agree. AND, they finished early! We were on the schedule for 3 days, but this awesome crew knocked it out in only 2. I can't recommend this company strongly enough. I have been trying to think of any other company, in any industry, that I've had such a positive experience with and I simply cannot. Their communication and customer service is exemplary. This company is outstanding. They provided us with a thorough estimate of all the work involved with our painting project. The communication was excellent with a detailed report at the end of each day. Rafael and his crew were professional, prompt, courteous and did excellent work. Todd replaced the trim on our garage door and even fixed a broken roller on it so the door would close properly. I highly recommend this company. Excellent work and a great value!

We decided our house needed exterior repainting last fall. I obtained quotes from a few local painting companies. came to give us a quote and gave a very detailed presentation. Their price was competitive, and they don't require upfront payment. They offered the longest warranty than the others. Rafael communicated with me frequently to coordinate the schedule and getting me paint samples. The job started as scheduled. Paulo and his crew were very professional. There was an issue with figuring out one of the exterior colors during the job, but they solved it quickly and finished on schedule. I would definitely consider using Mix again in the future.

Excellent to work with. Service and speed was impressive. After choosing our colors, I had originally scheduled for 8/2 as our start date but requested to be put on the short list if an earlier date became available, was told 3 days later they'd be able to start 7/28, 7/29 end of day they were completely finished and cleaned up. The house looked beautiful and I couldn't be happier.

Fantastic experience from beginning to end! I got 5 or so estimates from different companies, and Mix Painting was the most thorough with the best follow up communication. They showed up when they said they would, did a fantastic job, communicated during the entire process, left the job site clean and the work looks great. Excellent communication and attention to detail. Kept me updated on plans and schedule before and during the project. Did exactly what was requested. Did a beautiful job of patching and repairing walls where needed. Protected everything. Left no mess. All painting looks great, sharp lines and no overspray.

Excellent overall experience with this business from my initial contact with their sales personnel all the way through to the paint crew. They took the extra time to explain and document in detail my house painting project from beginning to end. No money was owed to them until the project was completed and I had a chance to view their finished work. They even for a fee assisted me in the completion of my paperwork for the HOA. Their paint crew leader Paulo was very personable, professional and did excellent quality work. Paulo's crew was very hard working and performed excellent work. Even my neighbors commented on the nice paint job that was done which made me feel extra good. I have an 3850 sq. ft. home and it was completed in just 6-days! They were able to move my project date up by 1-week too! All contractors should follow this model. I can see myself calling upon them in the future.

Mix Painting did a great job of prepping the house, foundation, repairing cracks & stucco and were meticulous in the painting process. They kept us informed in the pre-painting process and scheduling and the painting crew worked efficiently and professionally. We love the look of the finished product!

Not mentioned was the stucco repair prior to painting. They work with the HOA as the color names no longer correspond to the actual color chips through the years. They furnish the corresponding new names to the actual colors for our house to the HOA. They were very professional throughout the bidding process, painting and post painting inspection to be sure we were satisfied. Would recommend their quality service to anyone.

I have a large home that took 9 days to complete. The Mix Painting company did an EXCELLENT job. They always showed up on time and tried to be careful my home and landscaping. The job was done beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to get the highest quality in the painting of their home. A UNIQUE Business... Yes, UNIQUE, as in one of a kind! This painting company is like none other that I have ever done business with. I am sure there are many other good exterior house painters out there but there are none quite like Mix Painting. It starts with making an appointment with the estimator. Rafael came over and spent time going through the painting process and explained what we should expect. He took lots of pictures highlighting what they will and will not be doing. He was able to give me an immediate no BS price quote with details, no smoke and mirrors. The pricing was competitive. Once we agreed on a price, I was told someone would get back to me with a start date. Long story short, communication was great. The job was scheduled. The crew showed up when they were supposed to and completed it on time. Before they started they took pictures of everything. The crew was absolutely fantastic. Everything was properly covered, the house properly patched, primed as needed and painted with the only product they use, Sherwin-Willians Emerald top of the line paint. They were able to even fix prior patchwork that they were not sure could be fixed (it was really bad). Two coats of paint were put on at 100% and not thinned to make it go further. Every day I received an email with a progress report and pictures of the work. For 5 days the crew showed up on time and got right to work. Every day before they left, the crew cleaned up. When the house was done, the crew chief and I did a detailed walk around to make sure I was 100% satisfied. Before they left they used the pictures they had previously taken to put everything back exactly where it was before they started. That was a really nice touch! And after they were gone, except for the fresh coat of paint, you never knew they were there. No mess, no garbage, no splatter, no overspray. The next day, I received my invoice. The amount was exactly as quoted with no surprises. This review is being written a year after the job was completed. The house still looks great. Clearly, I would recommend Mix Painting to a friend. So far 3 of our friends have used them and all are happy and thank me for the referral. You won’t be sorry if they do your home.
