I was remodeling the outdoor patio of my townhome, and I had some specific requirements for the installation dates, etc. The owner worked with me to fit this project into my timeline, even through changes brought on by other contractors. The product is phenomenal. I ordered the K9 Elite, which had a longer lead time for production and was apprised of any changes. The installation was as scheduled, and the crew cleaned as they went, making sure my HOA would not give me grief. I now have an awesome, albeit small green lawn that I could never pull off with real grass considering the soil and sun exposure in my courtyard. My dog can pee without me having to take her for a walk at 12 am; worth the price alone. I would definitely use them again, but the product has a 15 year warranty, so I doubt I would have to.
