Services we offer

We offer FREE diagnostic of the problem if you repair with our company. Our technicians perform detailed troubleshooting and diagnostic of the broken appliances and diagnostic fee will go towards the repair cost. Otherwise, the diagnostic fee is $65

Dmitri was very professional and obviously trustworthy. I never doubted quotes he gave and always felt very comfortable with him in my home, as a woman living alone. His work was efficient and he seemed to be able to identify repairs needed very quickly, and completed the work quickly and efficiently. He was always very communicative, professional, and friendly and pleasant and I would recommend him to anyone I know. No cons whatsoever. I would recommend him to everyone.

Serg was everything you could want and more. Nov. 2023 Serg was very knowledgeable and provided expert advice. I would call them again without any reservations. Thank you Serg. I Called again Feb. 2024 to get assistance with the part Serg diagnosed in Nov. as I haven’t been able to find a replacement. After Serg found that he did not have a part readily available he went out of his way to help search the internet for a replacement part on his own time and effort. I recommend Appliances-Help and Serg emphatically if you need assistance.

Same day service. They had ordered the parts needed and were ready to install the next day. Very professional, extremely knowledgeable, and super polite. The best appliance repair service I have ever received and their price was very reasonable.

Serg was VERY GOOD. He went out of his way to get my washer working and then to get/find the replacement part. He was very efficient, neat and orderly. If I ever need any other appliances serviced or repaired I will definitely be calling on Serg.

My Miele dishwasher filled up with water & stopped working. The tech showed up promptly on time, did the repair & it’s been working great ever since! He also gave us useful tips on proper maintenance. We highly recommend these guys!

Serg assessed the situation skillfully, not just throwing in new (unnecessary) parts. I really appreciated his diagnostic abilities and honesty. He returned on a Sunday (without cost, as promised) when the issue had not fully resolved with both the refrigerator and freezer. Both are working well now. Much appreciated!
