Honest and professsional!!
I live in a Townhome, 2200 square feet 3 floors, 3 Bed , 3.5 Bath. Built in 2005.
I've always had a problem with my Bay Window attached to my kitchen leaking . Bad Storms would equal pots on the counter.
This has been an issue since I bought the unit, The builder tried repeatedly to find the leak and fix, including re chalking all the 3rd floor windows. The builder went out of buisness when the economy went south. So it was never fixed.
I've held off on repairing because it only leaked when it stormed really bad, recently it started getting worse.
In addition to that , my back deck was never sealed or painted (my procastination), combined with two 55 lbs dogs It needed some repairs.
We recently had a baby and we wanted to be able to take her out there.
While the contractor was here I asked him to take a look at my problems and work up an estimate.
TC (the contractor) provide several options and estimates with those options.
He took the time to explain what could be done with the leak and the deck, and the pros and cons of each.
Understanding what would be done and why, went a long way in deciding to hire TC.
He was here when he said he would be, did what he said would be done, and was courteous the entire time.
By giving me options and explaining pros and cons I feel that TC was the honest contractor we all hope to get when we need one.
