Signed contract 5Jun18 and gave $1500 deposit. They came back 11Jun18 and removed the screen enclosure. Continually called to reach someone, finally made contact 20Jun18 was told windows came in but damaged and they would try to find something locally. Didn’t hear anything until 29Jun18, was told the windows would take 28 days to come in. Now first windows took 15 days to come in, second order takes 28 days but it is now 23Jul18 and no windows and no word from OneStop. A department with the attorney generals office called them, then I called told them they breached the contract and I want my deposit back. I was told they would send me an invoice. That’s not what I asked for. These people are crooks. Found out I am not the only homeowner they’ve done this to. They are not licensed in the state of Florida, owner has been arrested for theft and they change the name of their company when things start getting bad. Be ware of these people.
