I am thoroughly impressed with Freedom Air Conditioning. They provided top-notch service when my AC unit broke down. The technician arrived on time, diagnosed the issue swiftly, and had it fixed in no time. Their professionalism and attention to detail were outstanding. I highly recommend them for their excellent work and reliable service.

Freedom Air Conditioning exceeded my expectations. The technicians were knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything about the repair. They fixed my HVAC system quickly and at a very reasonable price. The customer service was excellent from start to finish. I will definitely be using them again for any future needs.

What I love about Freedom Air, they'll call you when it's time for my 6 month service and they send me a text message of who's coming and when he's in route I get a message. Absolute fantastic job, The owner met with me and discussed the issues and the things that I wanted. His team came and completed the job in a single day. This was no small job. They even went above and beyond what I expected. They fixed issues from the original home builder to ensure the job was done right.

A sudden air conditioner pipe puncture during our new roof installation left us with no A/C but a friend recommended Freedom A/C and it was a total blessing. The owner Jim took our call and came out to diagnose & fixing the problem ASAP. Not having A/C in the Florida summer is not fun but Jim made it his priority to help us. We highly recommend Freedom Air Conditioning and the owner, Jim.

They put in my system about 2 years ago and replaced, at my request, 40 year old duct work. The most professional, friendly, easy to work with company in Central Florida. On time, great communication, commitment to excellence on every job and call, clean (drop cloths everywhere), even vacuumed up after they were done. The level of customer service is outstanding. Could not be happier with Freedom. This is an easy rating and review to do.

Wow, I found an honest company, I was given up hope and found a company that did not ripe me off. And the tech listen to what I had to say and ask me pertinent questions to find what was broken fast. my outside unit stop working I try everything to get it started and watch any videos on youtube I knew I was in over my head and could not fix it by myself I know being on a Saturday it was going to cost me an arm and a leg But no on a Saturday the owner himself came out and fix my unit , he could have taken me for a ride and said it was a bad fan motor or the compressor or anything but he diagnosed it was just a relay switch. something I could have never found or fix myself. He got one off his truck and had me up and running . next he said the price I had to ask him twice what it was it was a very fair price. You do not see that much this day honesty and a fair price. Thank You, Jim!

We did end up purchasing a brand new air conditioner and everything is going well. Only gave 4 1/2 stars as we only had it for a few weeks.

My family and I just bought our first home in Florida and right away had problems with our current unit. We called Freedom Air and Jim answered his phone right away and came to see what was the matter, I could go on and on, but we just had a brand new unit installed by Zack and Reuben. totally friendly, honest, efficient, knew their stuff! and clean; very reasonable and took enough time to see the entire job and needs; can I give them 10 stars? I cant wait for 3 years to pass so I can get the perfect new system that i selected and have them install it; meanwhile they made the old one I have work so much better and it should last a while longer; thank you!!!!!

Only rated the value for money a 4 because I didn't shop around, however I did think the Tech's rate for 1 hr was excessive at $164. Maybe this is the going rate in Florida, I'm not sure, I had Home Advisor set this up for me.

My husband and I are so glad that we found this company! Had I read their reviews earlier - I would not have even thought about getting an estimate from anyone else. All reviews are current and all (on every review platform I found) are 5 stars. Everyone that has dealt with Jim and Josh have been so impressed that they have taken the time to write fabulous reviews regarding their experiences and I will too. Josh met with my husband to provide an estimate to replace a 30 yr old unit that finally died. Immediately my husband was impressed when Josh didn't just look at what was there and write up an estimate but instead opened the existing unit to be sure there was not a fix that would make it work again. He then beat the estimate we already had by 25%. The estimate we already had was provided by another company in the area whom we already have a relationship with, or so we thought! We scheduled the work to be done by Freedom Air Conditioning of course! The day of the installation Ruben called to let us know he was on his way ... their communication is spot on! Josh was also there for the installation and as professional this day as the day he first met with my husband. When the job was completed, the area was cleaned up and the air was blowing cold again! Amanda in the office is to also be complimented on her professionalism. This team is by far the BEST I have had the pleasure to work with in quite a while! Central Air Systems are expensive no matter how you slice it but handing over payment to this company was a pleasure as they were worth every cent we paid! I will do my best to make sure that everyone knows about this team and their honesty and integrity!

Don't hire anyone else. Jim and his team are absolutely the best HVAC company in the Tampa Bay, Winter Haven area. Polk County inspector said "this was the best install he has ever seen." They spent the time to do it right and exceeded all standards. I was so impressed, I am referring them to all my neighbors. Clearly the Best Value HVAC company in the area. Just give them a call.

Central air systems are expensive and having one replaced can cause anxiety, the guys at Freedom Air were so professional I was at ease the entire time. Josh came and made an estimate, he was very thorough and showed me everything we had to consider when choosing a new system. I ended up choosing a high-quality Bryant system for the what another company quoted me to install a lesser brand and far less than for a Carrier unit. The installation was smooth and I would recommend Freedom Air to anyone.

They were right on time for both the initial service and the follow up installation. Josh and Ruben were both very polite and professional. I didn't shop the job. I simply made a decision based upon the reviews that were provided. Since all were very very good, I opted to have freedom do the work. So far, I do not regret my decision. I plan to use freedom for future service and maintenance requirements.
