Everdean Construction is a locally owned and operated building contractor with over 10 years experience in the construction industry. As a Florida Certified Building Contractor and Certified Roofing Contractor, we are fully licensed and insured to provide complete construction services in both the residential and commercial markets. We offer a five year workmanship warranty on all roof replacement projects. We are also a Certified Contractor with GAF, the largest shingle manufacturer in North America. We provide premium service and quality products.

Horrible. Job not started on the "date certain", the Vice President then promised in writing to refund my $6,000 deposit. It has now been two months and they haven't refunded and have since NEVER returned my calls, email, so I sent a demand letter. No response. The sheriff tells me it is a civil matter. Seems like Fraud to me.

They were able to come the day after the estimate. They repaired the damage section of roof. It was a neat and clean job. They INSISTED I keep the extra shingles just in case.
