The toilet in our guest bathroom was rocking. We finally had Eric's plumbing come by to assess the problem. Jason called us a few times through the day and did a good job accommodating our schedule. He removed the toilet and noticed that he had to replace a cracked flang. He did not have the part so he even drove down the street to Ace Hardware to quickly purchase a new one. Jason provided excellent customer service, was efficient, and successfully repaired our toilet. I recommend Eric's Plumbing.

Showed up on time and got the job done fast. Very friendly. Took the old parts with them. Will call them again if I need any more work done!!

Eventually, the old pipes will all need to be replaced, so we got an estimate for that when ready. His prices are very reasonable, and he does a great job, even comes out in the rain. I am proud to call him my new plumbing company for all my plumbing needs. Highly recommended.

Jason was fabulous!! Courteous, honest, punctual and knew everything about plumbing. He was quick and had a wonderful bedside manner. I met the owner's son, who accompanied the service representative. Phenomenal company.

MY whole house was backed out and he came out on Saturday. I called and he was out right then. He came out, was on it, showed the pipe that came out of my septic tank that was full of roots and he cleaned it out. The price was reasonable. He showed me how it needed to be done and he told me it would probably be $200 and told me to him when we're ready. He didn't force me or anything. I really like the guy and I'm going to call him again absolutely. He was really good. The price was great and absolutely upfront. I would definitely call him again to fix the rest of it.

Good communication . Great people who are professional but at the same time friendly and helpful . They are fast ,accurate and clean up the work areas. I would recommend them for quality and fair price.

YEP~ These are the guys you want. I've had several and quot;handymenand quot; look at the problem over the course of several years and each one said and quot;just leave it alone- it's too expensive to fix and the dripping water won't really affect your water billand quot; so I took them at their word. Due to a change in situation, I had Eric's go over there, expecting to pay a LOT of money, which of course, I don't have!

First estimate was around $450 if they couldn't find the parts. It would be a lot more if they had to tear out the wall and repair it from the back side. BUT, they were going to look for the parts first and maybe it would be less than $450. Keep in mind this is a mobile home that's nearly 40 years old so I had pretty much figured they couldn't find the parts. WELL, they DID and it was $150 total bill. I was so mad at myself that I hadn't had it taken care of long before now. CALL THESE GUYS! They put a lot of time into it - then looked for the parts and came back the next day and repaired it. Don't waste your time calling anyone else.

We have been using Eric for over 10 years. He has done all of our plumbing repairs, upgrades, and renovations to the kitchen and bathrooms. He is prompt, thorough, trustworthy, and does quality work. On this job we had a 1960 cast iron drain and plumbing in the wall which required a lot more work than expected. He came up with a solution to the problem and we now have an updated bathroom with two sinks. He worked after hours until the job was done. I would highly recommend Eric for all your plumbing needs.

I called him and he returned my call the next day to see if they could come that afternoon. We were very pleased of the quick response and he was here on time and did an excellent job. He had to replace a part that got damaged when removing the old one which my husband removed. He spent about 45 minutes and was very polite and didn't waste any time. We certainly would call him again if needed and would recommend him to anyone who ever needs a plumber..His name is Jason Ramsey and works for the owner Eric Lonski.

Faucet I needed was out of stock at Lowe's in Winter Haven -- Eric asked me to get the model number for him so he could pick it up at one of his suppliers -- when I called to find out whether or not he was able to get it, he said they didn't have it in stock, -- he was, however, able to pick one up at the Lowe's in Auburndale -- had told him in the beginning there was no urgency -- so it took a few days (weekend was included), but worth the wait. Very reasonably priced and appreciated him picking up the faucet for me -- have mentioned him to my sister and some friends here in the building .
I live in a condo -- over 50 units here -- put Eric's cards on bulletin board downstairs with a notation ' A' Rating on Angies List --
