Description of Work: I needed several small jobs completed around the house, like a front door adjusted, cabinet door reattached, a slider rescreened, and some plywood cut to use for hurricane shutters. Charles is excellent!

Description of Work: Charles raised the exhaust vent pipe over the range in the kitchen.It's an older house, and the pipe was covered by newly-installed insulation. He secured four doorknobs that had not been put on correctly, reinstalled some panelling in a utility room that was loose and added a baseboard. He installed six screens (including measuring and cutting the strips) to our sunroom, and fixed holes at two corners of the eaves where the screening had worked loose. There are a couple of other projects we would like him to do next month. We were completely satisfied with his work, having been looking for someone with his skills for quite some time. He did everything he said he would do and did it well. Excellent cleanup, too. Charles is a professional who takes pride in what he does, and as an extra bonus, is very personable and easy to talk to.

Description of Work: He repaired the ceiling in my shower. He removed the old dry wall, installed new drywall. He then painted ceiling and re-grouted the bathroom tiles. Along with the bathroom repairs he repaired a shelf for me as well.
