Allen Prince responded quickly. He went to my rental home the day after he and I first spoke on the phone and he sent an estimate to me that same day. The home exterior needed patching and house, doors and trim paint. I am no paint expert myself, but I felt that Allen knew what he was talking about and all his reviews are very good. Allen did not try to upsell me or leave anything out. Allen and his crew started work the next week and finished in three days. He sent me photos of their progress along the way. I am very happy with the end result and so are my tenants. I will use Allen Prince Painting in the future and highly recommend him.

Allen did an outstanding job at a very reasonable cost. He pressure cleaned and painted the house, garage door, gutters, soffit, lanai cage, curbing and driveway. He even painted the lamppost. There was a very noticeable crack and hole on the home which Allen repaired at no extra cost and it looks great! Allen responded immediately to my request for a quote and always kept me updated on the project. My home looks like new! I would definitely recommend this company.
